How to Apply
Wash your face with a mild cleanser and pat dry. Then apply the cream to dry skin once each evening. For face only: use 1 pump (0.5 mL). For face and neck: use 2 pumps (1 mL total). Dot the cream across your forehead, cheeks, chin, and nose, then gently massage it in. Avoid the eye area and lips. Wash your hands after. Wait a few minutes before putting anything else on your skin.

This cream is prescribed to help your skin look and feel healthier over time. Estriol is a natural form of estrogen. When applied to the skin, it attaches to estrogen receptors in the skin cells and helps them produce more collagen, hold moisture better, and improve skin thickness and tone. After menopause, estrogen levels drop and the skin loses some of these functions — this cream helps restore them at the skin level, without going into the bloodstream the way a hormone pill or patch would.
