At Fountain, we strive to offer an unparalleled experience to our members. We understand that there may be occasions where you might not feel completely satisfied with your purchase, and our top priority is your overall experience.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our services, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for shipments (including medication), or treatment that has already occurred (ex. payment for treatment that occurred last month).
The only exception to this rule are the situations where we clearly represent a "money-back guarantee" in specific cases tied to our evaluation process (for instance, in some cases our website features a guarantee, tied to a specific evaluation purchase, in the event you are deemed not eligible for treatment, as determined by a medical provider during your medical provider visit).
With that said, we are able to cancel your subscription at any time, just send us a text message or email. This will avoid any future payments. Also, if you have signed up for a multi-month membership and still have future months of treatment pre-paid at the time of cancellation, we are able to refund you the remaining amount (ie. a "pro-rated" amount).
