This cream treats GSM (genitourinary syndrome of menopause) — a cluster of symptoms that happen when estrogen levels drop during and after menopause:
Vaginal dryness, burning, or itching
Pain or discomfort during sex
Feeling of tightness or loss of elasticity
Urinary urgency, frequency, or burning
Recurrent urinary tract infections (UTIs)
GSM affects the majority of women going through menopause, and it doesn’t get better on its own. Even if you’re already on hormone therapy, the vaginal tissues often need direct, local estrogen to fully recover.

How to Apply
How to Apply
1. Wash your hands.
2. Twist the Topi-CLICK Perl® dispenser one click (= 0.25 mL).
3. Squeeze the cream onto a clean fingertip or the included applicator.
4. Insert gently and apply the cream intravaginally at bedtime.
5. Wash your hands again. Clean the applicator with warm soapy water.
Your clinician may also recommend applying a small, pea-sized amount to the vulva for external symptoms.
